Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Eligibility & Criteria

To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Clothing must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

The 7-Day Return Window

  • Initiation: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins the day tracking shows your package was "Delivered."

  • Note for split packages: If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 7-day window begins when the final package is marked as delivered.

  • Shipping It Back: Once your return request is submitted, the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

*Important: Orders returned that do not meet the criteria above are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
